-Booking & Payments

A non-refundable retainer of 15% is required to secure your date. Your session is not officially booked until the retainer is paid.

The remaining balance is due the day before your session.

Accepted payments: Cashapp, Zelle, or PayPal, Apple Pay
Scheduling & Cancellations

Please arrive on time. A 10-15 minute grace period is given, but late arrivals will cut into your session time.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Less than that may result in losing your retainer.

If I ever need to cancel due to emergencies, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of your retainer.

-Session Details

Session lengths vary depending on the package booked (30 min, 1 hr, etc.).
Going over the scheduled time may result in an additional fee.

Locations outside of 50 miles of Tampa Bay may include a small travel fee.

-Editing & Delivery

Final galleries will be delivered within 1-3 days of your session.

I do light retouching (skin smoothing, lighting adjustments, etc.), but I do not alter body shapes or provide heavy photo manipulation.

RAW/unedited images are not included. Clients will only receive edited, final images.

-Rights & Usage

• Kalyn McKenzie Photo retains copyright of all images.

Clients receive personal use rights (printing, sharing on socials, etc.).

• Please do not apply filters or additional edits to final images, as this misrepresents my work.

-Weather & Other Notes

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather at no extra cost.

Props/outfits are the client's responsibility unless otherwise discussed.

Respectful and safe behavior is expected at all sessions. Inappropriate conduct will result in the session ending immediately, with no refund.

By booking a session, you agree to these policies.
